This three-hour course provides essential support for all employees and helps employers to meet the requirements placed on them by manual handling regulations.

➢ Spinal anatomy, structure and function
➢ Types of injury associated with poor manual handling

Certification:

Successful candidates receive a St John Ambulance certificate, valid for one year.
